We recommend you hang your framed print in a well-lit location away from direct sunlight.
HOW WELL IS PACKING FOR SHIPMENTS?
Our shipping process is great! In fact, before all shipments leave our facility, we professionally pack each frame and/or product to ensure safety on delivery.
HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE?
Commerical: Our normal order turnaround time, depending on the quantity and product, is usually within 2 weeks after the receipt of the order. We professionally ship all items FedEx to ensure a safe delivery. If you need an order FAST, please reach out to us so that we may try to arrange a expedited delivery date.
Consumers: If you are looking to buy one product such as bookmark, postcard, greeting card, or magnet. The normal turnaround time is 1 - 2 days depending on stock.
DOES MDP SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
DOES MDP REQUIRE DEPOSITS for commercial orders?
Yes, only for large jobs. Matthew's Digital Prints typically requires a minimum of 50% of the order cost for both custom work and printing projects, as well as bulk product purchases. Please note that the deposit may vary depending on the order or project total.
DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE PRICES?

what is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with any item that you purchase you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a partial refund. Manufacturing & handling costs will be deducted from your refund. You will be required to pay return shipping for any item returned. Refunds will only include the cost of the product, and any transportation or shipping costs will not be reimbursed. All returns must be previously authorized by Matthew's Digital Prints, or we will accept it as a donation. Shipping costs for refunds are non-refundable.
The following exclusions below apply:
1. If the item has been damaged in any way.
2. If the item has been opened or used
3. It is not returned within the allotted 30 day time period.
4. If the item is a digital copy of any kind.
5. If the item returned to Matthew's Digital Prints is damaged, or if it is lost in shipping. (Please insure your return packages to ensure safe arrival.)

No, we do not have a monthly fee.

You do not have the right to print, sell, copy, alter, crop or edit our photos in any way. This does not change even after the purchase of a print, unless you are given written permission by Matthew's Digital Prints. All our photos are copyrighted, and any such act is a copyright infringement.
ARE YOU ABLE TO DO CUSTOM WORK?
